"Black Blood" is the label in this series for vampires. The world has coexisting vampires and humans living together. "Jiro", the Silverblade, an ancient vampire from the Sage's bloodline returns with his younger brother to a city that he used to live in. Old enemies and allies are met as the purpose of Jiro's returned is revealed.
